# SoilPulse AI > Soil intelligence for farmers in Ghana: real-time soil readings, advice in English, Twi, Ewe, Ga and Hausa, pest and disease records, farm mapping and a farmer community, on the phone farmers already own. SoilPulse AI is a soil intelligence platform for farmers, starting in Ghana. In-field sensors report soil moisture, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), temperature and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (NPK); the app turns readings into practical advice, keeps a record of pests and diseases, maps each farm, and connects farmers with field agents and with each other. It is built to work on the phone a farmer already owns.
